We offer exchange or online store credit within 14 days from the date your order is received.

No Refunds.

Clothing must be returned new, unworn, and tags still on. 
Please be careful when trying on garments at home. (For example, makeup, deodorant, perfume & cologne.) Garments that are damaged, soiled or smelling of perfume/cologne will not be accepted for an exchange or online store credit.

All online store credits are issued in the form of an E-Gift card.

Once your Return has been received and approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your online store credit amount, less the shipping cost. All E-Gift cards are to be treated just like cash, if lost, stolen or deleted they can not be replaced. Unfortunately, with our system, all in store credits will not be able to be used online at this time.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items, jewelry, intimates, and bodysuits are always FINAL SALE. No Exchange or Refund will be accepted for these items.

Surprise Box items are not eligible for refund or exchanges, all items inside boxes are FINAL SALE.

Only certain items are eligible for warranty, depending on which company produced the item. Please contact the store to inquire if your item is eligible.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item for exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
